Andrew checks out an Iron Horse for size.

The Yamaha xs650 motor seems to be common with the P2, “Supervintage” sidecar class. I used to own an xs650, and am quite nostalgic about them.

This guy seemed to be permanently attached to this Ural. Eventually I gave up waiting for him to leave and took this picture with him on it. For only $13,195, he probably will come with the bike.

Another Theme Bike:
The Battle of Vimy Ridge, 9-12 April 1917
Many historians and writers consider the spectacular Canadian victory at Vimy a defining moment for Canada, when the country emerged from under the shadow of Britain and felt capable of greatness.

Two Vimy Ridge Victoria Cross Winners remembered on the tank.

The 4th Canadian Division's principal objective was Hill 145, the highest and most important feature of the whole Ridge. Once taken, its summit would give the Canadians a commanding view of German rearward defences in the Douai Plain as well as those remaining on the Ridge itself.

I’m pretty pleased in getting this photo; so pleased in fact, that I have finally revealed my identity on the net. Yes, the old guy beside Charlie is yours truly, while Gail and Russ Malkin are to my left. Too bad I forgot to smile.

My first autographed anything – ever!

The Toronto Metro Convention Centre South Building Entrance – not shown, but immediately to the left is the well-known landmark, the CN Tower.
